Welcome to the Madras Middle School Behavior Resources Website!!!  My name is Dr. Kia Harris and I am one of the Assistant Principals at Madras Middle School. I have over 13 years of experience in education.  My last 9 years were spent as a middle school guidance counselor where I had the opportunity to assist students academicaly, socially, and emotionally. Prior to counseling I spent 4 years teaching middle school Reading, ELA, and Social Studies. Throughout my experience in education I have conducted research on the following  beahvioral topics: ADHD, neurofeedback, multiple intelligenes and various learning styles, and positive behavior interventions.  It is my hope to be a resource for the students, staff, parents, and community of Madras Middle School.
